Does anybody here have enough hardware engineering and software progamming skills to say maybe........add a rumble feature to a gp32_console???????? Sadly I'm a lowly newbie who cannot hack hardware and barely even program. <_<

who the hell would want a handheld with a rumble feature ??

the device would just get big and heavy.. it would just annoy ppl

Wouldn't weight it down too much... Just add another couple ouces to it, I think.

Hardware wise it WOULD be possible, but you'd have to change the programming of the games and/or bios to actually be able to utilize it.

yeah, all you need is a couple of motors that are displaced. who needs this on a gp32 tho? most of the stuff playable on it does not need rumble and it would ruin some of the homebrew games.

How about a gyroscope... Similar to the one in the Powerball B)

Suriously - I think it would be a cool feature for the new generation of consoles. I figure you would be able to control the direction of the "pull" :)

... go Nintendo....

The only problem I could for-see with that is the fact that on consoles, The screen isn't attached to the controller, on a handheld, it is. So the screen would be vibrating too.

Hey, that is a great Idea!

Also the idea to make a tilt-sensor for Xbox is awesome!
(<- wants to play Yoshi's Universal Gravitiation with a Game Boy Player :D )
