Total Newbie needs help

Ok Ive got pc-link recognising and have managed to get mp3s on by adding a MP3 folder but i cant as much as i try get the pc engine emu on. I've tried using the install method and the other way but to no avail.

Can someone point me in a direction

If you format your SMC through PC-link, it'll create all the folders you need on the card. The folder where you need to put your GPengine fxe file (the program file itself) is the GPMM folder. Create a folder insise the GPMM folder called GPengine, and put your ROM files in there.

Another thing is that you will have to format the SMC in order to install freelauncer, whil you;d use to run GPengine anyway.

yeah, it's essential to understand that you must first properly install the freelaunhcer first, before you will get any emulators to run. otherwise, they're just files taking up space...

thanks for all the help , seems the original owner deleted certain files etc on the smc card. Fornatting it worked a treat.
