Anyone else here use the instant game creation software? It's so amazingly easy to use yet very, very powerful.

It's a shame that we will never see a port for the GP-it would open the door to litterally hundreds of great games- Eternal Daughter, Dexter's Quest, Freddie Trims a Tree etc. etc.

I recommend anyone who has never Kliked before check it out. www.clickteam.com and get the free demo of The Games Factory (easy) or Multimedia Fusion (Slightly harder).

The Games Factory. My one true love. It makes me really mad to see Clickteam has not got a GP32 game feature. I have Pro and thus alows me to sell my software. 5 Stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 gp32_console

Not for a fair while, though I'm a great fan of their programs. Bought Klik and Play very shortly after its release, and stuck with them until MMF, when suddenly the whole thing seemed too unstable on my 233, and I kind of gave up. Well, except for a couple of projects for school and such.

Darn good proggies, though. It would be great if they could make them compile for GP32, but the chances of that re more remote than my ever flying to the sun and back without melting.

Yep, I used to use their software until a few years ago. I gave it up in order to move onto Blitz3D, and now I've moved onto C (still use Blitz for PC stuff).
Once you've gotten into real programming, it's hard to go back to the klik stuff because it feels so limited in comparison. Having said that, I wouldn't have gotten into Gamedev without them. :)

I have both klick 'n play and the games factory and enjoy them both! :D

It would be great for a interpreter or something to be made for the gp32..
maybe a runtime? like fenix has? could this work? srry but I really don't inderstand fenix and how it exactly works..

son't hink it'll ever happen though :(

I made some crazy shit!

The Amazing Laser Penis Adventure is my current project.

I use Multimedia Fusion. I have been using Clickteam products for years now, and I'm pretty damn good at it, I can make pretty much anything you can think of. The problem is, I can never be bothered to make anything long, so I just end up with hundreds of unfinished thingamabobs :D

I used to have Klik & Play but never really used it, me and some friends made some stupid games (McDonald's Massacre, School Shootout, Get The Baby Drunk, the usual 14 year old stuff).. but we were really too into QB/VB by that point to bother anyway

If I had a GP32 I might try to make a visual Fenix tool that worked like KnP then coded the game in Fenix for you. But I don't, and it probably wouldn't work anyway
