Wormux A Funny Worms Copy

2-player only as things stand, but hey, perhaps whoever attacks it could manage to get some AI in (and helpt the original codebase at the same time) - never know.

Does look like a fantastic game potentially for the 2x, though :)

yes, a really good idea, especially because actually the gp2x can't be played in multiplayer mode....so a "hot seat" mode game is a good opportunity to play with our friends...

bye

Yup this will can be the first multiplayer game for the GP2X

This would be a super cool multiplayer on the gp2x, "pass it".

It says that AI is a future goal, so that might even be added. I think this would be great for the gp2x, the question is, is the gp2x fast enough?

I remember that SDL_gfx used to use a lot of x86 asm, but apparently now it builds on OS X. I dunno if that's because they moved it to C, or if they just wrote PPC ASM alongside. If it's the latter, we'll again have to write ARM9 ASM, which isn't that bad but more work than I want to put into someone else's game.

SDL_gfx has had a port for ages. It has plain C implementations for all functions. Of course, any budding asm'ers out there can feel free to implement some in arm asm for us :)

Net-Bubble has multiplayer. You each get half of the GP2X.
