I suggest we add "it needs linux source code" to the ports require source code sticky. I realize it doesn't but it's going to be very difficult to port if it doesn't support linux.
 
*shrugs* Doesn't matter that much, if it's has linux source code, yeah it's gonna be easier to port, BUT to say that windows source code can't be is fundamentally wrong, it just might take more work and effort...
 
You mostly just need to emphasise that it needs to be 100% open source.

ie, both the program and all libraries/dependencies/dlls etc need to all be open source.

Perhaps additionally that being linux source isn't required, but it definitely helps.

And graphics too... At least to be able to distribute the full game. For instance, Quake3 source is free, but the game contents is not, so we could only distribute the executable.

Add 'might need the original package' in there.
