Would it be possible to port the Fton program for the OnHand PC?

Fton Homepage: http://modular.fas.harvard.edu/onhand/

The source is available and it's written for Linux.
I realize I may be the only person here with an OnHand PC, but it doesn't seem that hard to code and the Pandora has an RS-232 port.

At a glance, I don't see why It wouldn't work. It's very simple.

I think there was some talk a while back and the verdict was that Pandora wouldn't have an issue with using RS-232 USB adapters.

(I tried to find the thread where we talked about USB/RS-232 adapters, but the forums are running super-slow right now.)

RS-232 is exposed on the EXT connector, IIRC. You need some kind of "level shifter" because (?) the voltage isn't right or something, though.
