I'm running stuff through cmd, but I'd like to have 3.1 installed like it shows on http://apps.open-pandora.org/cgi-bin/viewapp.pl?/Emulator/winbox_r2.inf . I figure I have to find my own copy of 3.1, but how do I install it once I get it?

Change directory to it and type the name of whatever the setup .exe is.
