gp2x! bananas! mayhem! mayham!
hi,
since a month i want to port my game SuperMarioWar to the gp32, but the large variety of devkits is pretty confusing for a beginner. so i want to create a guide to gp32 development.
first of all i wanted to get an overview about the different gp32 dev tools, here's what i got:
1. SDKs
all-in-one:
what would you suggest?
2. IDE
it would be great if someone could answer my questions.
the most imporant question is what devkit do you use and would suggest begginers to use.
and which SDKs the devkits are based on (mainly minigp32 and devkitadv)
thanks in advance, no_skill

1. SDKs
all-in-one:
- the official SDK (where can i get it? i just can't dig through the korean site)
- mr mirkos sdk
- minigp32 / minigp32-2 (what is this based on? (devkitarm+officialSDK?)
- ninja's devkitadv (also found a devkitadv-2 - what's the difference?)
- devkitarm
- devkitadv
what would you suggest?
- use a premade devkit
- get devkitadv/devkitarm and the official/MrMirkos SDK
2. IDE
- GP32 Ide
- the GP32+DC IDE that was mentioned somewhere some time ago
- ninjas's tutorials
- mr mirko's tutorials (i think these are just synchros tuts, or am i wrong?)
- official SDK examples (again, don't know where to get the sdk from)
it would be great if someone could answer my questions.
