Why oh why are you not asking also about the GP32/GP2X Skeezix? :(

Ran out of space in the title! :) go ahead :)

Also, what is the very most fun run and platformer game emulatable? My wife is playing Starfy on her DS and now I have the urge :p

So far, on my Pandora, I've completed the following, in this order;

Rockman & Forte (SNES)
Donkey Kong Country 2 - Diddy's Kong-Quest (SNES)
Mega Man 7 (SNES)
Mega Man 3 (NES)

Also, if it counts, I've completed Cave Story via GINGE, as well. :p

I'm currently towards the end of Mega Man X (SNES), and am also playing through The Adventures of Bass 2 (a NES Mega Man 2 hack) and Bucky O'Hare (NES), too, but I've had to put them on hold for the time being because I'm quite busy with other things.

completed
lufia 2 (snes)
legend of zelda (snes)
metroid (nes)

working on
chrono trigger (snes)
lufia 1 (snes)
zelda (nes)
dragon warrior (nes)
metroid fusion (gba)
golden sun (gba)

done on my caanoo (waiting on pandora)

I went through all the megaman games on the snes and am starting to do so for the nes games.

The Lunar games are on the top of my list when I get my Pandora.

On the GP2X the games I remember completing are Fester Quest and Rocket Knight Adventures. I'm sure there are others I can't remember but I remember those because I never passed them before I got my GP2X.

I think I finished Draconus on the GP32/Atari800 once again. But my fondest memories are of beating Flashback and Blackthorne on the GP2X.
Several Dizzy games in OutcaST/CaSTaway. Plus some others I cant recall now.

And I am still missing a fully working copy of Metal Mutant for Atari ST (*nudge Skeezix nudge*) that could be finished :)

All on the pandora

Day of the tentacel (scummvm)
Broken Sword (scummvm)
Indiana Jones and the fate of atlantis (scummvm)
Treasure hunter G (snes)

Super Mario Land - Gameboy

working on:
super metroid - snes
pokemon yellow - gameboy colour
