From my perspective this is a fairly fundamental question.
FWIW I think 2015 would be a good year to aim for. This would allow sufficient time for development & prototyping and would not have a negative effect on sales of Pandora 1 for the next 2 years or so.
Having a year of release in mind would also allow for a more useful debate on the desired hardware specs for Pandora 2.
