I'll remind you people that the Pandora can't play Bike or Die.
Exactly! It also, doesn't play Spy Hunter either. How do you know what the Pandora will or will not play? Is it because it's a Palm OS game? There is hope. The Nokia Internet Tablets running Maemo have a Palm emulator (Garnet VM). If it runs on the 400 Mhz ARM devices - it should be able to run on a 600 Mhz one.
Actually the Spy Hunter I refer to was a Tapwave specific game. It doesn't run on other palms. I realize about the palm emulator and if you use a zodiac ROM in emulator then maybe ... it might work. Its still good play on my Zod. B)

Owned a Zodiac and returned it the next day. Hated the grainy, dark screen.

Liked the metal casing though.

No problem.
Somebody should code a antistress program for Pandora. Too many people waiting too long.

Zodiac still is an awesome handheld.

Sure it's easy to say it's "crap" and dismiss it but if you look at what it can do, you may rethink that.

* Instant on. This is very appealing to me. Switch it on and it's on instantly. No 15 second wait to boot.
* Palm compatible. 1000's of useful apps/games.
* Best handheld video player using TCPMP. Plays everything.
* Bright 480x320 touch-screen. Higher res than the PSP.
* Small form size. Fits in pocket.
* Rugged metal casing, industrial strength, solid build. I've dropped it a couple times.

I tend to take my Zodiac with me in favour of other devices due to it's strength and size and instant on.

I do think the Zodiac is a pretty good handheld, but I must ask: Plays everything? Even h264 in Matroska containers?

Yes. Though the Zodiac isn't fast enough to play hi-res h264 at full speed, it does work.

Nah, we just need to tell Toyspring about the Pandora :)
Already taken care of. ;)

My Zodiacs have been sitting around idle for a while but I can't part with them. How could you sell the best handheld ever made? :(
