What happens when the power button is slided while the OP is on ?

I searched in the rootfs, but i have no clue if a script is called or if some low-level stuff is happening.


What i would like to do is create an icon who does exactly the same thing, ie going into low power mode.


And why not, another icon that brings the OP on normal mode (while in low power mode, OP can still be accessed with a VNC).
 
When you flip the power switch, it calls /usr/pandora/scripts/op_power.sh


I think it passes the number of seconds it was held before being released, but I don't see that being used.


When you hold it to the right for more than 4 seconds it engages a hardware interrupt that triggers the shutdown process. I suspect the shutdown process is also a script but I'm not sure where that one would be.

Mmm remember i used it with sudo, but it wasn't "sudoed".

Hoho, when invoking it, i see a nasty syntax error, a missing 'fi' at the line 173 !


And it needs to be run as root.
