It used to clock happily to 184Mhz but overnight it seems to have lost its magic powers and even 160Mhz gets it freezing/reseting after a few seconds. It's odd though because sometimes it allows me to run it at 170Mhz for a fair few minutes before it gives in. Hmmmm

I may have to get some super batteries to see if they'll help. Oh, what's up with the little thing?? It was so happy with its resistor mod, I don't want to try the graphite trick on it as its scared of the sharp pointed pencils.

Has anyone else had this problem? :(

That's what I'm thinking. I'm not really daring enough to open up my GP32, but I wouldn't mind having my 166Mhz back. That's the fastest I use really.

I bought some 2000 mAh rechargeables yesterday.. far more power than my usual throwaway 4 for a £1 batteries that I've got away with in the past, but the good news for me is that it seems to work with them. Twenty mins at 180Mhz on DrMD and it was happy :) I'm not sure why it suddenly has got battery greedy, but at least it's working.
