Most pocketable devices have very limited video format support so i'm wondering if Pandora have the possibility to run RMVB, assuming VLC handles the rest completely.

Virtually anything a desktop linux computer can do (in terms of codecs & containers), Pandora should be able to do. Which is pretty much everything.

Codec support will be limited out of the box (due to licensing issues, which is why most portables have limited codecs), but udpates will be in the file archive. ;)

Great

The only sad thing is no high profile videos i guess >.<

Thanks.

What do you mean by high profile? The DSP is going to help with decoding so 720p shouldn't be an issue, 1080p may be possible depending on optimisations done and so fourth.

All video codec supported by ffmpeg but the MPEG 4 AVC HP is impossible in 1080p but maybe 720p using codec with DSP use (ffmpeg don't use DSP only ARM NEON optimisation)
