As someone who asked a similar question a while back. The end result looks more to be that it would be better to get a keyboard connected to the external port.
I checked at the site:
http://www.mic-innovations.com/micro_inv/m...a_keyboards.htm
and they do not have any mini-keyboards which have USB interfaces.
The most useful feedback I got on the gp32 was the site link:
http://users.raketnet.nl/darkfader/http://...t/gp32/ext.html
and the text:
---
it's also physically identical to the samsung t100 mobile phone's port, so if you want to get a plug to hack to pieces, a t100 hands-free kit would be a good place to start.
--jo "directhex" shields

The problem I then ran into was trying to find out what the various mini=keyboards or palm handhelds, etc had for port info...ie I have been unable to find the specs on the port that the keyboards connect to on the hand helds (pda's) to try and compare to figure out whether we could get one connected to the gp32 or not.
For more info on that thread, look in the one: adding hand-held keyboard to gp32?
under: GP32Xtreme Board ->General ->Cool Ideas and other wishes

Hopefully someone will be able to point us to the port specs on the PDA's those mini keyboards connect to so we can figure out if the external port on the gp32 will be able to connect directly, or what kind of wiring fun we will need to do.
Of all those mini-keyboards, I think the most fun one would be:
http://www.mic-innovations.com/micro_inv/l...ges/tkb300p.htm
but even with that one, I have been unable to find the port specs, just the models of pda's they connect to.
Ive also heard that the usb port on the gp32 is slave and maybe unpowered master, but I think the external port may be better for a keyboard connection.
