Does anyone know of a USB (or preferably bluetooth) device that can mimic keyboard input, such that it could be clipped to a belt for controlling mp3 playback on the Pandora?

As far as I can see, there are two options for USB:
A really small gamepad:

I think this goes for like $20 or $30 when I was looking into it. Probably a bit of hacking would be in order; hopefully I could cut off the joystick half of it to make it even more slick.
A slightly more intensive project, the PicoLCD slideshow:

It would probably take some custom scripts to take advantage of the lcd screen, and the thing is a tad on the spendy side ($50), though if somebody were to make a program that can make it and the pandora interface smartly, I might as well go ahead and go for that.

edit--As far as bluetooth is concerned, I am reluctant to use that as it drains battery... The whole idea of using the Pandora as an MP3 player is you have that huge battery and the thing is on low-power mode. When the thing is running at 1/10th it's normal power drain (its been estimated it could probably play MP3s for over 100 hours in low power mode), turning on bluetooth could probably cut its battery life down by 75%, at a guess.
