Hi!
tl;dr:
My touchscreen doesn't work reliably and it doesn't seem to be fixed by rebooting but simply randomly. There a small gap between the bottom of the screen and the case and I wonder if it could be the source of the problem. Any advice on how to fix this?
Long story:
I got one of the first 1GHz Pandora that came in a wooden box with a message from he who shall not be named. When it arrived, the screen was cracked and the touchscreen didn't work and so I RMA it and when I got it back I tested it and it seemed to work fine. I remember one time it didn't work but I didn't care too much and tough it was a bug.
Fast forward a few years and I quite enjoy my Pandora but I never use the touchscreen. That is until I started paying StarCraft. Now I noticed the touchscreen sometimes works, sometimes doesn't work. It fixes itself after a while and then stops working seemingly randomly. I would really like to fix this as SC is great but annoying to play with nubs.
There's a small bulge or gap at the bottom of the screen between the LCD and the case, might this be the problem? If so, how can i fix that? Anyone had that kind of issue and fixed it? Any advice?
Thank you in advance!
FG
