Young lady: Father, I think I've committed a sin...

Priest: What is it my child?

Young lady: Lesbianism. I kissed a girl and I liked it

Priest: God forgives all, but that is the greatest sin on earth, so I'm going to have to undo the damage that you have done to yourself.

Come inside this confessions booth this instance, unclothed and I will ravage the sins out of you through pure penetration!

...are a lot of women like this?
I've been married 23 years, so from my experience, no they're not. Sure, there have been moments that we've both regretted, but in the end we've always worked things out. Communication is key in any relationship.
I've know some SOB men, and some SOB women. Relationships can be very complicated, and they can be very easy. Me and my wife have been married 5+ years, and together about 11 years. We're in a very good place now, but it wasn't always so. If both parties are willing to put in the work, you'll have a good life together.

I have to agree with DrHAX, in society, things are just "broken", and I have personally seen the "if it's broke, throw it away" mentality. When me and my wife where first dating, she kind of thought like that, but I said if we where together, I would give it my all and she should do the same, otherwise why waste the time. But I also told her, if at anytime one of us wasn't going to put forth the effort, things would end. It's not rocket science, but it can feel that way at times. LOL

Anything in life worth having comes at a cost/sacrifice, I didn't make it that way, but that's the way it is. Fitness, relationships, good health, parenting, religion, business etc., you can't phone that stuff in. If a man or women is nuts, it's best to identify that early on and get the hell out. Sadly, some of us like the abuse and or attention, and attract those kinds of people in to our lives. It's not always a choice we make knowingly, but it does happen.

I'm sorry to hear that, but thanks for sharing.

So, you were held back by this one person, it seems?
Mental abuse... Just straight up mental abuse till the point where I just broke... I don't think I was ever same. It was a text book abusive relationship.
I've had heaps of crazy "to the point of psychotic" gfs...but tbh, I made them that way.
I figured as much :p

Chris

I wish, I'd have found such a romantic girl, but my relationships never went on for longer than 16months, often out of very silly "reasons" (identity crisis, some minor disagreement, wanting to try something new, etc...) that are clearly falling into your category "treated as a disposable commodity". As someone that isn't afraid of commitments at all, I do very much feel like a stranger in this society indeed and gave up my wish for a family by now after all those fails.

BTW: There was no way to get some kind of birth control with 15? That's messed up. I always wonder about the teenage pregnancies around here since it's no big deal for even 12 year olds to get condoms or pills but no wonder why this is happening even more often elsewhere. I'll take a wild guess and say that it's most likely a problem of American prudence in your case?
Its an issue to find stuff that offer it for free, can't rely on parents either due to mindset in the states towards sex. So yes american prudence was the cause of the issue. Our society taboos sex and places that are there to help in aid can't be found in rural places, and even in the cities they're selective about who they help. Its very slanted in numerous ways.  To get pills at age 15 you need a doctors visit which is supposed to allow you to not have your parents be involved.... problem is you need your parents health insurance to cover it.... Soooo see the flawed logic?

I won't even get to the legal signing of guardian stuff that needs to be done to even get other crap.

Granted we survived a year straight because we both have control.

To basically summarize how we were for it our first time she told me point blank

"If you feel like its gonna happen shove me off into the snow I'd rather have my ass frozen then get pregnant."

Yes it was outside, in the woods during winter with snow everywhere.

But I have control over it. I know when its gonna happen or what not. I've actively stopped it. We always joke with each other if our careers fail we could always go into porn. :p  Hell she draws hentai so that may become her career.

Really?  I see tons of overly sexualized stuff all over the place, so not sure what you are saying makes sense to me.  I thought high schools and other places had been handing out condoms for decades, not that they are really that expensive.  It is also easier not to do things that will make more humans than it is to bother with all of that stuff, and the pull out method may fail you in the end.

Since this thread went down the "crazy women" road I was avoiding posting until it got back on track, but it seems stuck on various aspects of relationships.  I guess I will talk about mine a bit.  I prefer women that are a bit out there.  Things may not have always lasted a long time, but I usually remained friends with them and kept in touch for years afterward (excluding liars, thieves and backstabbers.  I can only think of one example of such a person, and that person was all of those and more, and was also one of the least "crazy").

On sex:  If pregnancy is a possibility you are doing it wrong.  I won't post links, but there are many interesting things out there to use/try/do.  Get creative.  I would be a lot more concerned about things other than growing new humans.

as for confessions, I watched Ratatouille for about the fifth time today, then recorded Tangled on my DVR.  I hate Disney, but I love them too.  I watched a lot of their cartoon series when I was younger.  My favorite was Gargoyles, and I was probably a few years too old to be watching it.  I guess it was ok, since it seemed to be for an older audience than their other stuff.  I would still watch it regularly if I had it.  I probably watch too many children's cartoons.

0/10 for believability. I believe some pretty strange things, but come on, a Catholic priest having sex with a woman.

My mother told me the pull-out-method would be perfectly fine.... maybe I should mention that my mother got pregnant six times.

I always used my family as an example of how NOT to handle things. :D

I loved Gargoyles since it was the most goth series Disney has ever made and Goliath was the kind of hero I could respect. Two years ago I got all the episodes and watched them in proper order only to realize, that the series ended prematurely and doesn't have an end. :/

MN doesn't do that crap for an almost communistic ran state. Honestly the politicians here like teenage pregnancies in the cities they have classes to teach how to use welfare and their babies to get 2 room apartments for free paid by the state, the only catch is you can't be living with a man... Needless to say there's a reason why there's families with 6 generations of single mothers... on purpose who live only by the welfare system.

We got  a pill after the year it just took us a year to get there. However, we were careful. Overly made sure. The chance of  Pre-cum containing sperm was always a risk, so using the restroom beforehand was always a precaution and things like that. However knowing my luck I'm sterile. However with her being on the pill things are INFINITELY nicer. Granted most of our sexual activity is more intimate stuff. We don't want kids... especially not in this state. If we move to europe for sure, or another state, but not here. Not even a consideration because for her to have a kid they'd have to break her hip or do surgery... and most places would crack her hip first. I'd rather NOT have the love of my life die during childbirth.. That'd leave me a very bitter angry person.

Here's a confession I prefer oral to "regular" sex anyways. ;)  Also my fiance is the type that basically allowed for any mystery of female anatomy to go out the window. I've figured out some tricks..

Man can I de-rail a thread or what!?

Theres another confession I can apparently make any thread turn into a discussion of sex.

I will send a PM to avoid a long discussion and explanations here...or maybe I will make a thread.  Xanatos is the hero, and I respect him. :p

DrHAX, I think you completely missed what I was suggesting.
