Hello,
I don't have a GP2X so I didn't know anything about the OS.
I heared that the OS for the Pandora is a modified GP2X-OS. Is that right?

So my question is, is a terminal or a terminal mode available? In association with the keyboard I think its a very good file browser and there are hundreds of possibilities with a bash terminal.

*Im sorry for my bad english.*

GP2X runs Linux, Pandora runs Linux. Difference at the moment is that Pandora will run a newer version of Linux than the GP2X, but theres no reason why someone can't port that version of Linux to the GP2X.

Yes, bash is available on both devices. You can use LCD for output, or you can telnet/ssh/whatever in and do it from your pc or whatever.

Okay thank you for the answer. :)

How can I come in the terminal from the menu? (GP2X)

Codemonkey, three ways: install and run sterm/termula2x (it is a terminal emulator as xterm/konsole/gnome-terminal are); write in a PC, copy and run your bash script as any other gp2x application; use a telnet connection from a PC (you'll need a F100 or a cradle for this last way, not a bare F200).
