http://www.allwaysync.com/There is a program named allway sync, it is for synchronizing drives. I do not know if people already have their own synching app but here's one. Simply make a directory where you will keep all your gp2x files, and then you can drag files to there instead of the drive.
The good part about using this is you will always have a backup copy of your sd card, and you can work on it while your sd card isnt in the reader. As soon as you plug it in, it will start to update. So you can update your sd card and how it will actually look on your card even if it is unavailable. Also, if you put a new file on there that's not in the directory, it won't automatically synch with the directory and delete the file, it'll give you a message. It won't automatically delete anything which is a plus.
