That front panel was probably completed fecked and not easily repaired just by popping it back on - you could say that the ps2 failed because an internal component came loose. Face the fact; the XBox broke.

Yeah, the whole test may be flawed and the point moot, but I wouldn't say it was biased - they all went through exactly the same processes. The only machine that was able to be turned on without being put back together was the GameCube.

Anyway, who cares at the end of the day - I thought they were good for a laugh.

Something that is designed to survive being handled by children will survive a tank assault or two.
 
To make a test like that better you'd have to go for impacts from every side since the internal layouts likely vary.
I'd also expect to see Nintendo's hardware to perform best, Klumpen nailed it.
 
I agree, children are more destructive than machines built for war.
