im using stata 10 , however it will not run on Pandora, as:

stata.com

Stata for Unix

Linux
Any 32-bit (x86 or compatible), or 64-bit (Intel Itanium, x86-64 or compatible) running Linux

IBM AIX
Any RS/6000 series running 64-bit IBM AIX

Sun Solaris
Any 64-bit SPARC or compatible running Solaris 9 or higher
64-bit x86-64 Solaris version also available

so, is there any statistic package can be ran on pandora?

you should be able to run R (www.r-project.org) aka `gnu S` and also probably octave

proprietary closed source programs probaby won`t run since it is unlikely they have ARM versions

Also R does in fact have GUI interfaces on Linux you just have to lanch them manually as far as i know such as Rcommander (tlc/tk interface iirc) Rgtk etc...

R is very powerful and scriptable also the devs are very responsive to input from what I can tell if there is a problem with incorrect calculations they talk interest

I have used this book with R and it is quite good for most of the basic anylysis techniques (http://search.barnesandnoble.com/Using-R-for-Introductory-Statistics/John-Verzani/e/9781584884507)

All the info I can find about runnig R on an ARM cpu is rather old and probaby out of date ... especially since the Pandora has a better FPU than older ARM chips although still not as fast as x86

oh BTW R is pretty portable sometime you loose features on a different OS though ie the interface is easier on windows also there is a 1.7 version that runs on mac os classic and newer versions run on mac os x so portability is good if your processor is up to snuff which the omap3 probaby is

There's also a frontend for R called Krward.
It's still in development but it shows some good potential IMO.
It's a qt app and I don't know how easy it would be to compile for ARM. Also I am not sure it's really suited for a small screen but it might be worth a look.
