Skins For Neocd2x

I'm surprised noone has put up a skin for nightKnights excellent neogeo cd emulator before now but here you are yes i know it could look better but i thought I'd start the ball rolling for you guys who can use a paint program

NeoGeo Cd Skin

just extract the skin0 directory to the same location as neocdgp2x.gpe
