Sd Cards

The card that Mr Loon linked to is definitely genuine - goods from "Amazon's Preferred Merchant" always are. ;) Moreover, I have reason to suspect that "Amazon's Preferred Merchant" is in fact Play.com (but operating under the IndigoStarfish name).

EDIT: Hah, apparently it's not. :p Ah well.

Would a SDXC card work? I know they are electrically compatible [edit]in theory[/edit], but can the current firmware/drivers handle it?

I haven't seen anything that would seriously prevent it, yet. Other than the xFAT filesystem, perhaps, but we could get that eventually.
But no one has tried it, so no one knows yet exactly how the system behaves with one. Maybe it works directly, maybe it needs some tweaks, maybe it doesn't work at all.

I had a ByteStor 16GB SDHC Class 4 Memory Card for my Wiz bought from play.com and it was fine. I sold it with the Wiz.
