Hi,
I've used my Pandora (1Ghz) as a GPS Receiver for that i had a OTG cable plugged into the mini usb port with an U-Blox 7 GPS Stick compared with gpsd runner and a self compiled version of foxtrotgps (the one in the repo did not work with gpsd runner for me) this setup worked like a charm for years but at start of this year it started to misbehave at some point i realized it has something to do with the battery charge first it failed somewhere under 40% over a few month it degraded more then it was at 80% and some time later not even a fully charged battery with an charger attached could help anymore even the usb-a port does nothing anymore not a single usb device works at any of the both ports. To get a working GPS device again I bought another Pandora (1GHz) but unluckyly this one had the same symtoms no a single usb device worked. Since it was a process that went over months I suspect that some part could have degraded over time but I have no clue which part that could be and if it can replaced to bring that usb back to life. Does anyone know from where those symptoms could arise and if there is a way to fix that?
... greeting HoraK
