Hi

I built myself a simple break out board a few weeks ago (it just has USB host and video out) and I'm trying to connect a USB optical mouse to it. I know the board works correctly since I've had it playing films off a USB hard drive and the keyboard I tried worked too (before I accidentally shorted a connection and it died :)). When I try to plug in an optical USB mouse though (which does work, I've tried it in my PC before and after connecting it to the GP2X), it just doesn't light up at all. There is a /dev/usbmouse, but I don't know if this is always there or not. Do optical mice need special drivers (and if so, are any available - I don't have any other kind of USB mouse), or am I doing something silly? I have all the USB options enabled in the menu and I'm using firmware 2.0.

Thanks

PS: If/When I do get it working, will I be able to read /dev/usbmouse just as I would read a mouse device file on the PC?
