OMAP5432 at home !

Did you try "cpufreq-set -g userspace; cpufreq-set -f 1700Mhz" ?

Not 100% sure but I probably tested that.

I may compile new dtb on both boards soon.

On the IGEP :

# cpufreq-set -u 1.7GHz

# cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_max_freq
1700000

But :

current CPU frequency is 1.50 GHz

1.70 GHz:0.00%

# cpufreq-set -g userspace; cpufreq-set -f 1700Mhz

does nothing.

linux-omap-4.3.0-rc5 is the kernel from the linux-omap tree, compiled with omap2plus_defconfig.

it works on the both boards, but has a problem on both of them with the audio, so pulseaudio locks up, and any program trying to open an audio device locks up as well.

gta-4.3.0-w is the hns kernel, with the igep0050 dts copied over from linux-omap, and with the network module for the igep board enabled.

this works on both boards as well, but still has the audio problem on the igep hardware, while it works fine on the uevm.

But without Audio and without 3D acceleration, the Pyra price will be also overrated, at least for me.  So propper 3D acceleration should work at least, rest can come later. ;)
