I'm new to ogg files so what's the best program for ripping cds to ogg files?

a friend have analyzed the program with an hex editor and he says that it runs at 132 MHz, not 66 like the autor says in the .txt! i asked him to convert it to 33 MHz, so he modified it and... it works perfect!Hazey posted on Oct 3 2003 at 09:55 PM said:Plus the GP OGG player runs at 66MHz, saves you quite some battery power as well IIRC.

anyone can confirm if gpogg player runs at 132 or 66 MHz?
