OK! I hide my head in shame. How do you use an emulator? DO you ....
1 Put it the game/utility file
2 Simply put in on the SD card
3 Somehow embed it
4 Put it under your pillow and hope the fairies will fix it

For the emulator, you can put it anywhere on your SD card you like.

For the roms, read the readme file that comes with the emulator. This will tell you where the default dir for the roms is. For example, the default Megadrive rom dir for DrMDx is /roms/md.

Once that is done, turn on your GP2X, run the emulator and enjoy.
And if it doesn't work, then it's time to put it under the pillow and wait for those fairies.

What White Demon is saying is make a folder or file on your SD card and name it "roms." Open it up and make another file inside that file and name it "md." Put your "Mega Drive" or "Sega Genesis" roms inside of the "md" file.

In order to make these files you use a card reader or if you are using the GP2X connected to your computer, then you have to go into the setting at the bottom right side of the GP2X screen and use the usb connection. You should be able to access your card then on your computer screen.

I guess I'l have to add to the RTFM frenzy...

ALWAYS read the readme's. Mostly 'cause they all prefer different settings.
