I suggest to play something together. Something free... maybe Quake3, for example.

In the spirit of open source that is the Pandora console, I second this nomination, and shame those that want to play a closed source, Windows only game.wiimario said:Nexuiz could be a valid choice too h34r:
Or the original? Hahah.borgqueenx said:UT2004 and i'm in.Vitel said:I suggest to play something together. Something free... maybe Quake3, for example.

Just choose Warsow. That game is more fun than any of the others anyways, just because the rules are so simple and the game so challenging.Tokiopop said:Or the original? But that would require booting windows. Maybe not.
oh wow, i got a dreamcast too! or at least, thats what i spent my early xmas money on. £20 for a Dreamcast with 2 controllers, 2 VMU, power and video cables, sonic adventure, rayman 2 and ready to rumble boxing. the AV cable is fucked, so ive had to order a new one (one with composite av and svideo rather than the usual arial socketed ones) and i need some batteries then i'm good to go. pretty excited about it! spent a good hour cleaning up the unit i bought to make it shiny again. considering trying to get a setup together to take it online.beavith said:Ah, how I love being a 15 year old, left alone to play with my presents. I've found that UT2004 works almost perfectly in Wine (with one simple registry edit to make the mouse work properly), except that your gun will disappear at some point (after maybe 15 or 20 minutes of play, or it could be more, but it will happen at some point). After this you will still be able to pick up more weapons, but they won't be visible and you won't be able to fire them. Very odd. If I can manage to reproduce it consistently I could report it as a bug, I guess....Tokiopop said:Or the original?
