Tato30, I think you're being harsh.
I don't read Spanish, but from my reading of the babelfish translation it seems that this is the voltage modification from
my site. That is, you send in your GP32 to this person, they modify it, and then they send it back to you.
There is no software that can make a GP32 overclock past what the CPU and RAM are capable of. The voltage modification is the only way to do that, that I know of.
I am not surprised that the person will not take responsibility if your GP32 is broken by this modification. Keep in mind that this is not a big business, I would not expect this person at gp32heaven to more than maybe 10 or 20 mods. That makes a total of E300 from the venture, which does not leave enough money to replace any GP32s that get broken.
Remember the days when "chipping" Playstations was big business? A person could guarantee their work because they were chipping hundreds of Playstations and so they made enough money to replace one or two that might be broken in the process. That does not apply to this GP32 mod.
So, I am sure that this person will take good care to do the modification correctly, and will take all precautions possible to avoid breakage. But if you send your GP32 to this person, you take the risk that if your GP32 is broken, you have to replace it.
This is all stated openly, and so there is no misleading of the customer. Seems fair enough to me.
