First the earthquake in China. It turned out that it was in an remote area, not likely that the OP case producing company is there, but nevertheless such a catastrophe can have an effect on traffic operations (i.e. lower priority for less important goods).
Now today, air traffic over whole northwestern Europe was stopped due to a Vulcano eruption on Iceland, which is causing a gigantic smoke cloud, making air traffic too dangerous for operation. UK is totally within the closed zone. The traffic ban can take hours, days, weeks, maybe even months...
It is really a pity for OP, that one bad luck comes after each other.
I hope this goes over quickly and painless! Otherwise it is a major logistical challenge, another cost increase, another delay for an already nervously wracked community.
