Well, this is my number 1 toy The GP32 and all of my consoles have to come second place I'm afraid! Though it is a very close second
My modified 1974 Ford Escort mk1 clubman rally car... originally fitted with a weedy 1.3 engine, it now has a 175 horsepower 16v 2.0 litre from a Vauxhall Calibra/GSi B)
Basically, I finally got round to using the office scanner to grab some images of several photographs taken of the car at a rally practice day this year, and at the same event a year previous (the previous year pics are the ones without the flaired arches and big wheels).
So here they are:
Full size image of my mk1 going sideways!
Full size image of the mk1 giving it some loud pedal!
Whoah! Power sliding the back end around the corner!
Full size image of the mk1 before the major modifications - last year - being chased by an Audi Quattro!
Full size image of the mk1 before the major mods - last year[/url]
I'm sure most of you'll agree... it looks a tad more agressive with its facelift and heart transplant! B)
If you're interested, full spec and how I built and converted it are on my website: Target-Earth.net
