Hiya

Im looking for best and cheap all-in-one emulation handheld similar to dingoo. Handheld dont need to play movies / mp3. I need it only for emulation. It can be "made in china", i dont care as long as emulation capabilities will be reasonable [GB / GBC / NES / SNES / MD] and good battery life. What handheld will You propose? [apart of GP2X / Dingoo / Pandora]

You should try any site like dealextreme. Here's some, but there's alot more out there.

I'm sure you can find something on one of these sites.

Also, check out the Letcool 350JP. It's a little more expensive, about $75, but it seems pretty decent. There's a big topic about it at Dingoonity.

Found this unit, it's on sale for today only, seems to do what you're looking for. http://www.dragonext.com/4-3-inch-psp-mp5-player-2gb-with-2-0-megapixel-camara-support-tv-out.html?source=webgains&siteid=54264

I say get a Dingoo or a used GP2X. or why not get an XPERIA Play on a contract?

unfortunately for me, my A320 broke (had Dingux too) and I'm doing this for now

I say get a used psp or ds. They are almost at the end of their lifespans, so they should be quite cheap. I think that just at gamestop, the original DS is 50 bucks, and the original psp (no reason to buy the upgrades they are just harder to install custom firmware on) is 90 dollars. But i'm sure you could get them on ebay for a lot less than that!

ALSO, has anyone looked at cellphone contracts recently?!?! they are ridiculously overpriced. I mean really, how much does it actually cost the provider. Is all that data/talk/text you use/send in a year REALLY costing them the 2,000+ they charge you. It's borderline criminal!!!! So i would say that the experia play is out of the question.

Yeah just pick up a used PSP.
The first-and-second versions feel ancient. The PSP 3000 (3rd ver) is pretty okay (better than the PSP Go!).

In the homebrew you can load all of those emulators, plus you get proper gaming controls (besides one nub, and L2R2 shoulder buttons).
Just 3 weeks ago, you can now perma-hack the 3000 and it will give you sudo, so you can run unlicensed code (homebrew) or even *ahemBackups*ahem.

yeah, if backing up a UMD feels necessary to you. With the price of a reader and the UMD itself, its cheaper just to buy the damn game nowadays
