Logitech c510 webcam


It's not in there,i already searched on that.


In output for video these are options:


Default


YUV video output


Simple DirectMedia LayerMedia Layer video output


Video memory output


GNU/Linux framebuffer video output


Stats video output function


Dummy video output function

This is working fine for me.


All I had to do was configure this:


VLC:


media > open capture device > video device name


enter "/dev/video0"


Fullscreen video is working fine, my setup is this:


Pandora --- USB ---- Belkin USB 2.0 4 port mini hub, unpowered ---- Logitech HD Webcam Pro 9000


The picture looks great!

Ok i got it to work infull screen is there anyway to record the videos.


Also you can watch the videos without hearing any voices,can this be sorted.

I know the pc one can record from webcam.


To record from webcam where it says "video device name" you will enter /dev/video0 then when press play they suppose to be record button on the player,have any idea how to do it.


I can't even get the record button on my pc,so there must be similar settings for windows and linux,basically need to see the record button on vlc player.


Vlc player can record from webcams,there are some videos on youtube.
