Keyboard for the GP32?!

unfortunetly, my electrical engineering skills go as far as wiring a plug (and I struggle at that  ) and as for using a soldering iron - not a bl**dy chance.

I would hope that if we can get some software support for the keyboard then maybe somebody would start selling the adapters as a side line. I've actually just bought an ericsson keyboard from Ebay for £2 so I only need a cable, but if someone even sold the keyboard plus cable attached (soldered?) I'd probably buy that.

don't forget you also need an EXT plug, which are only sold in bulk, so...

Unless something goes horribly wrong, I'll have 10 GP modded CHA-01s up for sale ($10 each) by the end of next week, just waiting for some stuff to come in; check my post in the marketplace for some more details

I'll also give my own shot at coding a rudimentary text editor and seeing where that leads me; I've done it for my graphing calculator (A casio cfx-9850gb+, IIRC; in bed right now), so I could probably figure it out for the gp32 after some practice. If I get that working, I'll be selling the keyboard + a 32 meg card with my own (Much better than just rudimentary if it'd be for sale) text/hex/rtf editing program for around $25

RTF as well... I'd be up for that :) - encrypted to the card, yes? Or just trusting that everyone are nice people around here and using .fxe?

Any chance of including HTML in the list (basic tags only - not necessarily even images, just basic text alignment) because its a lot easier to find HTML to read than RTF stuff (I know its an editor primarily, but reader for HTML would also be VERY useful...)

Only thing, of course, is that it'd be darn expensive to import the thing from the US to the UK :( - how much would airmail (slow but not customs checked most of the time) cost from there to here?

If I'm able to code the rtf (Note: that's a big IF, I'd wager that it'd take about a month since it'd more or less be my first program for the gp32 (But I have experience on other systems)), then the html should be easy enough to parse; as for the shipping, I have no idea what it would cost, haven't had a chance to look around
