Hello all
I Just recently bought the breakout board, and while it seems to be working fine (though I wish it had come in a case!) I just have a couple of questions to ask. I've tried the USB ports on the breakout board and found some thing to work ok, while other things didn't seem to want to know at all.
I had success with a plain old boring 128MB USB memory stick, and I had some success with a USB2IDE converter and an external hard drive. I also tried a USB keyboard which seemed to act odd -- the cursor keys and return would work, but only in the first (main) menu, after that they seemed to stop working until I returned to the main menu (and it's a pity the C64 emulators don't support a USB keyboard!). I also tried a USB cd-writer (which I know will work under gnu/linux) and it didn't work at all (just reading CDs that is, not burning a cd!).
Can the breakout board only be used with USB memory devices and nothing else?
ljones
