Just keep on emailing them asking for them to do it.
fortunately, just one email did the trick
i was turned off by joygp's short and curt reply
but when i responded to suggestions on this forum
i decided to send bada a copy
below is his reply....
and i believe fair play and politeness won the day
- no abuse; just good old fashion courtesy
i'll be back... shopping at joygp again!

Hello Henrykong!
I fully understand your situation.
But I’d like to say Entware’s situation too.
Firstly, for 5 days downloadable.
It is the policy of Entware.
If developer of games decide not to sell games anymore from JoyGP for
any reason, Entware can not support customer anymore and be a liar.
So we recommend to backup games in customer’s PC for 5 days.
Also, If games are available at JoyGP, Entware’ll adjust first download
date when customer has not downloaded game for some reason.
Secondly, 1 game for 1 GP.
Some people think that it is just to get games for their different GP
for 1 payment like you.
In case of SMC version, it is right.
But download version, JoyGP pay royalty to game developer per GP’s
unique number (when you registered GP, the unique number is written to
our server.) and member ID.
Suppose there are bad-mind man when 1 game for several GP.
He purchase 1 game for 1 GP and same game for another GP for free and
going on……
Who is willing to develop games?
Please understand our “1 game for 1 GP” policy is not for only our
profit. (We have to pay royalty to game developer.)
Anyway, I believe you are honest. So I’ll retrieve your Pinball game.
For this, register your new GP at our website and email me. After that I
can do something for you.
If you do not register your new GP, I can not anything for you. ( I have
no way to know your new GP’s unique number.)
Thanks!
Bada
