Probably not. It's along the same lines as Windows Mobile: in theory it could probably be made to, but it would be a lot of work and I highly doubt anyone with the skill to do so is going to have the necessary desire. Sorry.
What do you want Symbian for? There may be suitable alternatives that will run more easily.
A:theoretically yes, but since symbian sucks pretty hard (for something that is not a phone it sucks really hard), i dont see anybody going through the _huge_ amount of work needed to do it....
Which is pretty sad since it stems from Psion's EPOC OS for PDAs... But you're right, the user interfaces that Nokia developed for it are targeted at smartphones primarily.
