Can you explain what you'd use it for? I've had a look at the product page and can't work out what it gives a Pandora user that they can't already get either via the EXT port, or already connected to the board. Failing that it's just a PIC board you can flash over USB which is kind of ten a penny these days.
I don't see why it wouldn't work on the pandora, but I guess you particularly want to know if their 'ioiodude' application runs and I don't see why not.
However, I don't know if this will work with the android.pnd we have.
But, if you just want to have 'GPIO, PWM, ADC, I2C, SPI, and UART' I would just use an arduino or something (yes, we have UART and some io ports on the ext-connector, which is not exactly comparable to something like this).
