This is the link to an ego shooter that is truly impressive. The graphics are mediocre, the weapons are about the same, the enemies are dumb and there are not many different ones. What makes this game truly impressive is the fact that the whole game is no larger than 95 KB. Try it out, I was really impressed....

Takes damn bloody to load and runs like shit:)

But from what I saw it looks pretty good for that size.
Same here. But the second I clicked on the download itr was done. For the grahpics I was amazed at the download time. :D

Obiously sacrificing speed for size :D

Even my puny GFX card (FX5200) should be able to handle the gfx, and my CPU should be fast enough (1.8GhZ 2500+ running @ 2.23GhZ (30MhZ more than 3200+ speeds) MUHAHAHAHAHAHAHA), even if it needed some extra for decompressing some things. And I always have at least 250MB of RAM free. But it runs at 4FPS mabye :(

That was somewhat obvious :D Never seen it done before though.

Exactly in what way are the graphics mediocre? Realtime Lighting/Shadows, curved geometry and really nice textures and environments. I think this game looks awesome. And not just considering its size. It looks good what ever way you look at it.

Funny thing actually...
Just the other day (really! it was like 3 days ago) I was by the Amiga site "Back To The Roots", and decided to take a look at some Win32 demos.
One of them was " fr-08. the product" which with out a doubt are the same people who made this game. It's a 64k demo.

EDIT: Ups! can't directly link it... It can be found in the list here (it's nr. 7 in the list now)

NO WAY!!! 95KB!!!!

for a 95KB File them Graphics KICK FREAKING ASS :D

Runs Smooth on my PC as well...

LOL wounder if the GP32 can handle it :D (Maybe if its specially remade for it)

BUT GOD DAMN THATS COOOOOL FOR A 95KB FILE!!!!

No bloody chance mate! Did you see the minimum specs?
- A 1.5GHz Pentium3/Athlon or faster.
- 512MB of RAM (or more)
- A Geforce4Ti (or higher) or ATI Radeon8500 (or higher) graphics card
supporting pixel shaders 1.3, preferably with 128MB or more of VRAM.
- Some kind of sound hardware
- DirectX 9.0b

I have enough! W00t (Is this the first time I have used the word "w00t" out of my 1800+ posts on these boards???) for MSI GeForce4 Ti4200 128mb DDR!

Hell Yes It Ran smooth...

AMD ATHLON XP 1600+
512MB SDRAM
GEFORCE 4 Ti 4200 128MB DDR

1600 is the equivelant speed to a 1.6GHZ P4...

---- EDIT----

Oh you were talking about the bit I said about the GP32... hehe... Dont worry, I was just joking about that lol...

HOW DARE YOU CHALLENG MY INTELLIGENCE? I ALREADY KNOW THAT!

no. wait. I forgot to turn vsync off

EDIT: Blah, it's still jerky, but half as jerky as before (8FPS) :D I should be able to afford a good new card soon, since the GeForce 6800 is supposed to come out any day, and it is supposed to be about 10x as powerful as the 5800, and it gets about 12K 03 3D Marks :p When that comes out, the 9800 Pro price should go way down :)
