Hi and sorry if this question has been asked 1000 times!

Was reading 'Stuff' magazine and there was a small article about the f200. I want to get one but have a few questions.

1. How easy is it to put games on (mainly amiga and snes)

2. Do I have to firstly download an emulator from this site http://craig.gp2x.de/review/GP2XReview.html

3. Where do I get games from, do I just search on torrent sites?

4. how easy is it to put onto the machine?

Thanks, and hope someone can help

1. Very easy, if you've got them. If you haven't then it's still very easy, in this case see answer 3.

2. You have to have an emulator for whatever game you want emulated. For an Amiga game you'll need an Amiga emulator. For a SNES game you'll need a SNES emulator etc. You can download your emulator from anywhere, but it must be for the GP2X. This site has various download links for emus and other GP2X software.

3. Google is your friend. Type "XXX games" (where XXX is your required console or computer system). You'll soon find a site that offers what you want.

4. You'll need an SD card to store your games and emulators on. Obviously the more games you have/want, the larger the SD Card you'll need. 4Gb cards will hold enough games and emulators to last you a lifetime of gaming. You'll need to read the instructions for each emulator regarding how you use games. Most of the time it's best to create a directory folder for each emulated system and set each system to look only in the respective directory.

5. Remember that while emulators are not illegal, the use of pirated software is. Downloading games from the internet or buying/obtaining discs full of ROMs is piracy.

Thankyou iprice.

One last question! Once I download an emulator for an amiga, do I need to put workbench on also to get it to work, or am i getting confused with running emulators on a computer!
I have a apple mac, and it just seems a pain, to get anything running. I give up after the instructions!

You don't need Workbench, even when running the Amiga emu on a computer - you've not been doing that have you? :s

Some emulators require a system rom, the amiga emu needs a kickstart file for example. The snes emu doesnt need a system rom you just get the emu from the archive above. Games and system roms can be found on the net via google etc..
