just copy and paste your sprites into the one found in the demo source folder that comes with GIGAS, then reapply the pallette. don't forget to delete the unworking .RAW file before you run the .BAT again though.

fuck that, compadre... get THE GIMP, which is pretty good, and free... (Plus there's already instructions on how to apply a pallette near here somewhere...)
