I noted my speakers no longer turned off when my headphones were plugged in in a previous thread. So while working on installing a D-Pad in my machine, the whole thing popped off when I opened the case; all 4 pins had nearly no solder on them. So, I resoldered all 4 pins in place, and then did a continuity check between the exposed pin area for the pins on the top of the jack with my multimeter-- all 4 pins indicated good connection with ~0 ohms resistance. Good, right? Wrong
When actually utilized, the Left channel doesn't function at all. Right sounds great. Is my jack just completely fucked up? Is this common? Any way I can order a new one or am I stuck buying a new jack and soldering wires to it?
Thanks.
