GStreamer can't decode Vorbis when CodeBlocks command line running - seems easy to fix

I noticed that my GStreamer app and gst-launch do not work if the CodeBlock dev tools command line is open. Specifically, it is unable to decode Vorbis files.

Even if there is one terminal open, where gst-launch playbin2 can play a Vorbis file, if I then open the dev. command line separately, the original terminal's gst-launch stops working.

If I launch "GST_PLUGIN_SYSTEM_PATH=/mnt/utmp/codeblocks/usr/lib/gstreamer-0.10/:/usr/lib/gstreamer-0.10 gst-launch-0.10 ..." it works better. So does my music player if I set the var first. I still have one .oga (Vorbis) file and a few .m4a files that can't be played.

Sorry if this is the wrong forum but I don't post often and an IRC user suggested I open a thread.
