If "USB 1.1" is changed to "USB Low Speed / USB Full Speed" in that article and "USB 2.0" changed to "USB High Speed" it would fix the most important problems.
The only other thing that is misleading is the thing about there being two ICs for a USB port, one for 1.1 compatibility, and one for 2.0 compatibility. In reality I've never seen it implemented as separate chips (it would do nasty things to the transmission line to have to route the USB signal to two chips.). It is always two state machines on the same IC. So, if "IC" was changed to "State Machine" in that section, it would be more correct. The USB 1.1 state machine is usually referred to as a transaction translator since it usually translates low speed and full speed transactions to high speed.
