I grabbed my GP2x this morning from it's charging and turned it on, and all the files on my nand were gone. Nothing in games, flash, etc. And when I tried to connect to nand from the USB, it just says 'connected', but I can't get to the device itself, it doesn't show up on my computer. As soon as I can I'll try and see if an SD card will work, but I don't have one on me right now.

EDIT: It seems this user had the same problem, but how do I go about reflashing my firmware?

Messing with NAND memory very often leads to corrupted or unreadable files. I had this lots of times, so you have to better get some SD and put all in there. And, if are files unreadable on NAND, the only way to repair it is to reflash it(correct me if am I wrong). Again, ye need SD

Thanks, as soon as I can get an SD card I will, I just need to know how to reflash it, and I really don't want to mess this up.

Go to:
http://dl.openhandhelds.org/cgi-bin/wiz.cgi?0,0,0,0,42,316
then download, place all files from archive to formatted sd root, Check all files carefully (if exist and compare their size too)
turn off if ye have it on, Then press and hold R, then turn the machine on(still holding R) until "Firmware Upgrade" screen apears, then you can drop from holding R. That's it :)
