Well, Quite a while ago and just for the fun of it, I encoded a short movie at 600 kbps (GP32 max recommended is 128 kbps) and it played flawlessly in GPCinema v1 and looked bloody brilliant. GPCinema was running at 166mhz while playing that file.
The extra Mhz options is for better frame rate, GPCinema v1 clocks at 166mhz max and can handle ~24 fps ish. 178mhz should in theory allow ~29 fps for all those ntsc films and programs. But don`t quote me on that.
