The case felt smooth and the trigger buttons are clearly distinct, you clearly know which one is which.
I got to try a few Pyra nubs and the one in the clear case where butter smooth.
Some more pics.
Big titles have a (big) dedicated section:
APEX legends, a free to play game you probably already know as it's released for a while:
https://www.ea.com/games/apex-legends
Foundation, also already available:
https://www.gog.com/game/foundation
Death stranding, it had a story trailer (~20min). It looks nice but I still don't understand the story yet.
Farming simulator is popular, but other titles appear to have drawn somewhat more attention on gamescom.
Sometimes people bring real cars, like NFS Heat.
At least this has something to do with gaming, Mercedes just had a newly released consumer car somewhere.
Forza's Lego DLC was playable on different locations, here is a dedication section. I enjoyed it, not sure who thought it would be a good idea to mix these two games but it works quite nicely.
What kinds of brands do you find on Gamescom?
Unreal, they obviously have a popular game engine and they show it of here with some smaller titles (possibly Indie, I haven't checked).
Kojima has it's own booth with merch, I think this would also be the place to meet and greet Kojima himself.
Microsoft has a large section and this portion is dedicated to Xbox.
You see a lot of gaming chairs at Gamescom to. If you are tired of walking around it's a good place to stop and try one of these relaxing chairs.
Razer usually has some goodies and Games to play with their accessories.
Discord is also present.
Also present this year: Youtube Gaming and Google Stadia.
Then there are also some other brands that might not be directly associated with gaming:
Netflix showing their series and also had a Strange Things arcade game.
And Obviously McDonalds showing their latest game... euh.. I mean, why are they here again?
Business area?
If you've been to Gamescom you might have noticed there is a section you are not allowed to enter: the business area.
So what would you find there? I'll show you:
You will find a hall full of countries showing of their capabilities of making games. This one is from my country, the Netherlands (Holland).
There are also brands you will probably know but they usually only work with appointments, so there is hardly anything to see except a logo and a desk.
Devolverland, this looks pretty. The made the section you aren't allowed in look fun.
EA is the worst offender, they have a complete section closed off and it has a bar and everything. Shame I can't come closer to show more.
Steam. This was most I could see. They could have just rented a wall and fooled me.
Amazon has the lumberyard game engine and AWS to promote.
Google was there also in case you had to search something.
Spongebob with his trusted friend from RDR?
Square Enix was there also, they have two desk that I can't use.
