this is probably a really dumb question but every time i download the free games for my gp. i put them in the gpmm file but they wont even appear on the screen when i boot it up, is this the correct folder or is it something to do with the filename? beats of rage is PAK whereas some others are FXE and these seem to work fine. appreciate any ideas. thanks

are they in a zip file???? if so un zip it and put all .fxe's in gpmm and the folder with the mains of the game, leave it in gpmm dont unpack the normal folder, the one with the actual main game thingy :p !!!

a .pak file is the information, like graphics and such, much like GPQuake needs a pak file to run. Download the .fxe of beats of rage and try to run it.

A Beats of Rage .pak file, will have to go in a subfolder called BORDATA in the GPMM folder, along with a text file called PAKLIST.TXT. BOR.FXE will go into the GPMM folder.

In the 'readme' file that came with BOR.FXE it'll explain it more thoroughly. :)
